Perfect Base for Exploring Picton
The family apartment was spacious, and the staff were warm. Enjoyed meals right across the street with reliable Wi-Fi connecting us to everything. Don't miss the nearby Interislander terminal for smooth ferry access! Bring a smaller vehicle for easier parking.

Enjoyed its efficient and lovely friendly staff.
I found everything very good, recommend it to others. The rooms were well-organised and had a nice view of the marina. War Memorial was conveniently located an easy walk to the hotel. There was a good restaurant, shopping streets and a bakery next door.

The location near the pier offers convenient access to attractions.
The reception staff was unhelpful, displaying a curt attitude when I inquired about a ground floor room due to my recovery from hip surgery. Climbing up the stairs with heavy bags was a challenge, especially since there was a significant step to access the shower cabin, difficult for me. The rooms felt sad and outdated, with dusty utensils and furniture that seemed neglected.

Can just recommend for a swift visit
Central location, reliable amenities, friendly service, helped me find good parking nearby and provided helpful information about local dining options.
One thing was that the room could use some updates and more thorough cleaning.

Lovely staff, keen to help in any way. We requested a room on the ground floor and they reorganised room allocations in order to achieve this. They also gave us a lift to the bus for the following day. The buildings are old but rooms have had a makeover and are very comfortable.
